Window cleaning in Charlotte, NC

Window Cleaning

Glass, tracks, frames, and screens — not just a quick wipe

Most window jobs stop at the glass. We clean the parts that make windows look dirty again a week later.

Sound familiar?

Why your windows never look truly clean

Almost every call we get about streaky windows traces back to one of these.

Hard water spotting

Irrigation heads hitting the glass leave mineral deposits that regular cleaner smears around instead of removing.

Dirty tracks and sills

Grit sitting in the track washes back onto clean glass the next time it rains or the window slides.

Clogged screens

Pollen-packed screens dull the view and drop dust onto the glass every time the wind picks up.

Second-story glass

The windows you can't safely reach are usually the ones the street sees first.

Construction film

New builds and remodels leave stucco splatter, paint flecks, and adhesive that need scraping, not scrubbing.

Streaks from DIY attempts

Household cleaner and paper towels leave residue that shows up the second the sun hits the glass.

What's included

What a window cleaning covers

Pick exterior only, or interior and exterior together. Pricing is per window either way.

Glass

  • Exterior glass, hand-cleaned or pure-water pole washed
  • Interior glass with drop cloths under every window
  • Storm windows and glass doors
  • Transoms, arches, and hard-to-reach upper panes

Tracks & frames

  • Sills and tracks vacuumed and wiped out
  • Frames and mullions wiped without harming the finish
  • Weep holes checked and cleared
  • Sliders and rollers wiped down

Screens & extras

  • Screens removed, washed, dried, and reinstalled
  • Skylights and sunroom glass on request
  • Light hard-water treatment where the glass allows
  • Post-construction detail cleaning quoted separately

How it works

What to expect

  1. 01

We count windows, note screens, arches, and second-story panes, and confirm interior access.

  2. 02

Interior work gets drop cloths and shoe covers; exterior work gets ladders or water-fed poles set safely off the landscaping.

  3. 03

Glass, tracks, frames, and screens are done window by window so nothing gets skipped.

  4. 04

We back away from the house and check the glass in daylight, then touch up anything that catches the light.

Know your window count? We can quote it today.

A rough number of windows and whether you want interior included is enough to get started.

What you get out of it

  • More natural light in rooms that felt dim without you noticing why.
  • Screens and tracks cleared so windows open and close the way they should.
  • Glass stays clean longer because the dirt sources get cleaned too.
  • Careful interior work — drop cloths down, furniture untouched, nothing left behind.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you clean inside windows too?
Yes. Interior cleaning is priced per window on top of the exterior. Most customers do both once or twice a year.
Can you remove hard water stains?
Often, yes. Light mineral spotting comes off with a dedicated treatment. Glass that has been etched for years may not fully recover, and we'll tell you that before we start.
What about second-story windows?
Covered. We use water-fed poles or ladders depending on the layout and landscaping.
What if it rains after you clean?
Clean glass sheds rain without spotting. Rain lands on the outside — it isn't dirt, so the windows stay clear.
Do you clean windows after construction?
Yes, but it's quoted separately. Stucco splatter, paint, and adhesive take scraping and a lot more time than a normal clean.
