We walk the house with you, note problem walls, and check siding condition, paint, and caulk.

Plants get a pre-soak, fixtures and outlets get covered, and windows get closed and checked.

A low-pressure soft wash goes on wall by wall, dwells long enough to kill the growth, then gets rinsed top down.
- 04
We rinse landscaping again, pack up, and walk the property with you before anything gets billed.

- Will soft washing damage my plants?
- No. We soak landscaping before we start, keep it wet while we work, and rinse it again afterward so nothing sits on the leaves.
- How long does a house wash take?
- Most homes take two to four hours depending on size, height, and how much growth is on the siding.
- How often should I have it done?
- Once a year works for most Charlotte homes. Heavily shaded or wooded lots sometimes need it every eight to ten months.
- Do I need to be home?
- Not required. We just need access to an outside spigot and any gates. We'll text you when we arrive and when we finish.
- Will the streaks come back?
- Growth returns eventually — it's organic. But because we kill it instead of blasting it off, it takes far longer to reappear.
