Tradition Exteriors was built around a simple idea: homeowners should be able to hire one dependable company to properly care for the outside of their property — and trust that company around an expensive home.
Most exterior work goes wrong in the same few ways. Too much pressure on the wrong surface. Landscaping left to fend for itself. A price that moves after the work starts. We built this company to do the opposite of all three.
Today that means washing, glass, roofs, gutters, concrete, paver restoration, and permanent lighting — all through one company, on one schedule, at one clear price.

Our trailer runs a dual-machine setup with its own water supply, hose reels, and soft-wash system, so we arrive with everything the job needs instead of borrowing pressure and water from the house.

Calvin Dornan started Tradition Exteriors in Charlotte after seeing how much of this work gets done carelessly — and how much of the damage that causes lands on the homeowner.
He sets the standards the team works to, trains on the methods, and stays involved in how jobs get quoted and finished. The name is the point: show up, do it the right way, and treat the property like it matters.
